1. Soto Roxy H. Darwasa
This is a legendary Soto. Located at Roxy area since 1949. Here the filling of the soto is fried so the lung is cuite crispy. The other differences is there isn’t potato and tomato. The soup isn’t too heavy but not too light too, still suitable for breakfast.
This soto capacity is quite big and always crowded at lunch time. Open from 06.00 – 14.000 and closed on Sunday. The exact location is in Jl.Tidore No. 3, Roxy – Jakarta Pusat (behind Roxy Apotek if you coma from Jl. Biak). This soto also has branch at Ruko Bolsena Blok D-37, Gading Serpong-Tangerang.

2. Soto Betawi H. Husen
This popular Soto Betawi, especially in South Jakarta has strong seasoning soup and yellow red colour and a bit spicy. Although a bit difficult to find car parking but still there are many cars who come there. This soto open from 07.00 till sold out. Usually around 2-3 PM and closed every Friday. Located at Jl. Padang Panjang No 6C, Manggarai- Jakarta Selatan.
3. Soto & Sop Kaki Sapi Sumsum H. Agus
After reviewed deeper, it turns out that Soto Kaki Sapi H. Agus is suit in Soto Betawi category. It’s just the filling is difference from other soto like leg side and cow marrow which make it special.
The soup is quite light, blend perfectly with the beef leg and istentine. Don’t forger about the soft tender and melting fatty marrow. There is also fresh pickle to neutralize the fat. The marrow in Soto H. Agus is the one which has been taken out from the bone so you don’t have to suck it up.

4. Soto Betawi H. Ma'ruf
This is also a legendary soto betawi, located at Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) area, Cikini. The deliciousness of this Soto Betawi can make the ‘top’ people in this country become its loyal customers. What’s more is the owner doesn’t use any additional taste in the Soto. Beside Soto Betawi, this place also offer Sate Kambing, Sate Sapi and Sate Ayam. You can also find Soto Betawi H. Ma’ruf in Blok M and Kebon Sirih area.

 5. Soto Betawi Afung
This soto betawi is located in Pecinan Glodok area, Gg. Gloria. This soto isn’t made by Betawi people so it has its own uniqueness. The soto use best quality beef and become perfect when blend with the soup which using broth from marrow.
