soto banjar

   soto tidak jauh berbeda dengan sup. namun, bumbu yang digunakan lebih beragam dibandingkan dengan sup. Soto selalu menggunakan kuah kaldu dan di dalamnya dicampur dengan daging ayam maupun daging sapi atau jeroan. Menikmati soto lebih enak ditemani perkedel kentang dan sambal cabai rawit atau sambal kemiri. Dua jenis sambal tersebut tak memiliki rasa, jadi tidak mengganggu rasa asli soto, melainkan hanya untuk meningkatkan rasa pedas tanpa mengubah rasa soto. lawang sewu semarang

Lawang Sewu merupakan sebuah gedung di Semarang, Jawa Tengah yang merupakan kantor dariNederlands-Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij atau NIS. Dibangun pada tahun 1904 dan selesai pada tahun1907. Terletak di bundaran Tugu Muda yang dahulu disebut Wilhelmina Plein. Masyarakat setempat menyebutnya Lawang Sewu (Seribu Pintu).
